CHOICES is a small group, 90 minute educational program addressing alcohol use. Students are typically referred by TCNJ Residence Life, Student Conduct, or the courts. CHOICES is presented in a group setting where students are encouraged to participate in candid conversations about their alcohol use and learn ways to create healthier lifestyles.

In order to schedule your appointment:
- Enter your TCNJ login information
- Click on the Appointment tab to choose a date
- To search for the next available appointment select: CHOICES under the Clinic Tab, Choices required course under the Reason tab, and Joe Hadge under the Provider Tab. Then hit Submit.
- Browse through the available time slots and choose your appointment date.

NOTE: If you are referred by Ewing court you are required to schedule an individual meeting with Joe Hadge prior to signing up. You can contact Joe at (609)-771-2572 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a meeting.
CHOICES is available for TCNJ Students Only.
Please complete these CHOICES Forms prior to your CHOICES appointment and bring a hard copy with you to your appointment. Arrive at the ADEP office (located in Forcina Hall Room 308) five minutes prior to the start of your appointment. Failure to bring in a completed form may result in a delay in your completion of the CHOICES program.
If you are seeking help for situations of an emergency nature that occur during office hours, please contact Counseling services and inform the receptionist – (609) 771-2247 x2247 – regarding the nature of your urgency. They will do everything possible to respond promptly and/or involve other resources as needed. For emergencies after hours, contact the Helene Fuld Crisis Center at (609) 396-HELP, Campus Police at 911, and/or Residence Life staff.
